Brenda has had the pleasure of growing up in Colorado Springs, Colorado, since she was 4 years old. When she is not working, she enjoys exercising, hiking, volleyball, biking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

She has been a clinician for over twenty years. She enjoys assisting individuals to gain strength to heal and empowers individuals to utilize courage and internal strength to change their lives.
